ABOUT US
The Brewers of Pennsylvania (BOP) is a 501c6 trade association that brings together leaders of Pennsylvania based breweries, businesses that support brewing and enthusiast members in order to promote and protect the brewing industry in the state.
We strive to advocate for and promote awareness of BOP members; to increase the visibility of local beers through marketing, events, and consumer education; and to foster a healthy, ethical, and growth-focused beer industry.

Brewers of Pennsylvania Annual Symposium
Join the Brewers of Pennsylvania for the 2026 Technical Symposium, bringing together brewers, brewery owners, industry partners, and suppliers from across the Commonwealth for two days of education, networking, collaboration, and industry engagement.
This year, BOP is partnering with the Master Brewers Association of the Americas Philadelphia and Pittsburgh Chapters to combine the BOP content attendees know and value with an expanded technical education track.
Attendees can expect educational sessions, legislative and industry updates, technical programming, networking opportunities, and a vendor trade show featuring products and services supporting Pennsylvania’s brewing industry.

BOP Brewery Showcase
Pour Your Beer at the 2027 PA Farm Show
Put your brewery and your beer in front of thousands of PA Farm Show attendees! Each day of the Farm Show, two BOP member breweries will have the opportunity to pour their beer at the BOP booth and help showcase Pennsylvania’s craft brewing industry.
Breweries can participate for one day or multiple days, January 9–16. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserve your spot early!
2027 PA Farm Show Beer Competition
Showcase your beer at the 2027 PA Farm Show! Pennsylvania breweries are invited to enter the 2027 PA Farm Show Beer Competition and put their beer to the test alongside breweries from across the Commonwealth.
Important Dates: Electronic submissions are due November 6, 2026. Beer entries may be shipped or dropped off November 2–13 and must arrive before 3:00 PM on November 13 to be judged.
New this year: The competition includes a Non-Alcoholic Beer category!
