Members Receive Discounts at 30+ PA Breweries, Member-Only T-shirt and More
HARRISBURG, PA (1.22.18) – The Brewers of Pennsylvania (BOP), the state’s official brewers guild, has launched an Enthusiast Membership program, an exciting initiative that allows any consumer who supports Pennsylvania craft beer to join the BOP.
“The Pennsylvania craft beer scene is thriving, and has developed an outstanding reputation from consumers not only in the Commonwealth, but throughout the United States and beyond as well,” said Dan LaBert, BOP’s Executive Director. “We’ve received a great amount of interest from consumers who want to pull up a barstool, and get more involved. Our Enthusiast Membership program answers the demand of our craft beer fans, and rewards their loyalty to Pennsylvania beer.”
The annual fee to become an Enthusiast Member is $35. Membership includes discounts at 30+ BOP-member breweries, VIP admission to PA Flavor (the ultimate beer & food pairing), a Brewers of Pennsylvania T-shirt designed by Hop Hedz, and a BOP-branded aluminum bottle opener. Consumers are automatically enrolled in the Enthusiast Member program once they order their member-only T-shirt.
“The Enthusiast Membership program is a win-win because consumers will be more engaged in Pennsylvania craft beer, and the participating breweries can share their unique brews with a wider audience,” continued LaBert.
Aside from its Enthusiast program, the BOP also offers memberships at the Brewery, Brewpub or Brewery-in-Planning and Associate levels.
