BOP Equity and Inclusion Committee

The Brewers of Pennsylvania (BOP) is committed to making the craft beer industry in Pennsylvania safe and welcoming to all. Recent stories of sexism, racism, harassment, assault, and toxic workplaces in our industry reinforce that we have much more work to do. The Brewers of Pennsylvania is prepared to assist any brewery owner, employee in advancing the goals of inclusion, respect and fair treatment for all in our industry. In addition, the Equity and Inclusion Committee continues to develop resources for our members, including a monthly interview series with industry leaders on actionable steps that breweries can take. The future of Pennsylvania craft beer is at stake, and we stand ready to play a leadership role in this effort.

Please check our social media and website for updates on how to access these resources, and note that the Brewers Association have also offered resources to for industry professionals that can be found HERE.
