The Swashbuckler Brewing Company is located in northern Lancaster County and located on the grounds of Mount Hope Estate & Winery, home of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. Established in 2000, it was only a few short years later that Swashbuckler felt the demand for increasing supply and constructed a larger touring and production facility with output of 4500 barrels annually.
In early 2017, Swashbuckler welcomed a new brewer who brings 21 years of experience and is dedicated to the growing potential of the brewery.
Swashbuckler’s standard and seasonal beers are available at pouring stations throughout the Faire grounds for visitors to the Estate’s outdoor events including Brewfest, Flavorfest, the Celtic Fling & Highland Games and the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire.
On weekends, the Swashbuckler Brewing Company welcomes visitors to enjoy pints of Swashbuckler beers and Lancaster County Ciders at the indoor brewery bar and outdoor patio or take them to go in bottles and growlers. In the summer of 2017, a beer and wine garden, situated between Swashbuckler Brewing Company and the Mount Hope Winery, where guests can enjoy an outdoor bar, seating areas and seasonal entertainments.
