‘Founded’ on a school bus in 1973 by then fifth-graders, Bill Covaleski and Ron Barchet, Victory opened a mere 20 miles from that 1973 meeting, in 1996. Revitalizing an abandoned baking facility and providing a social center for the neighboring community, Victory has brought pride to Downingtown, PA with the many awards and accolades that the brewery has achieved. With German training, Bill and Ron have created inspired brews that deliciously meld European ingredients and traditions with American creativity and lust for life. Joining Southern Tier Brewing Company in 2016 as Artisanal Brewing Ventures, the partnership represents a forward-looking platform for likeminded brewers to achieve durable success together.
